About the AusPac Graduate Program

We are excited to invite applications for our Engineering Graduate Program, commencing in February .

As a graduate, youll be part of a two-year program featuring:
   Structured 2-Year Program Two 12-month rotations across AusPac operations;
   Mentorship Learn from some of the best minds in the industry;
   Network Connect with a global community of engineers and professionals;
   Global Impact Work on real-world engineering challenges that make a difference;
   Permanent Role Land a full-time position after the program.

Opportunity: Graduate Innovation Engineer

As a Graduate – Innovation Engineer at Orica, youll be at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation in mining and  electronic blasting and sensor technologies.

What you will be doing:
   Planning and executing experimental programs for electronic product development;
   Reporting experimental and trial activities using formal templates;
   Investigating emerging technologies, especially in wireless electronic blasting;
   Developing new electronics technologies aligned with Oricas business;
   Presenting innovation activities to peers and senior stakeholders.

What you will bring

Youre studying or have recently completed a degree in:
    Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics
    Communications, Telecommunications Engineering
    Understanding of telecommunications, ideally with exposure to Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
Graduation year: or
Degree level: Bachelors, Postgraduate, or Masters

Location and Support

Your first rotation will be based at our Kurri Kurri Technical Centre, NSW.
Future rotations may include other exciting locations across AusPac (to be confirmed).
