About the AusPac Graduate Program

We are excited to invite applications for our  Graduate Program, commencing in February .

As a graduate, youll be part of a two-year program featuring:
   Structured 2-Year Program Two 12-month rotations across AusPac operations;
   Mentorship – Learn from some of the best minds in the industry;
   Network – Connect with a global community of professionals and industry leaders;
   Global Impact Work on real-world business challenges that make a difference;
   Permanent Role Land a full-time position after the program.

Opportunity: Graduate Commercial/Legal (Brisbane Office)

As a Graduate – Commercial/Legal, youll gain hands-on experience supporting Oricas commercial operations and legal functions across our global business.

What youll be doing:
   Support contract reviews, negotiations, and compliance efforts to help manage legal and commercial risk across supplier and customer agreements;
   Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to uphold ethical standards, ensure regulatory alignment, and contribute to strategic business initiatives;
   Assist in commercial analysis and business case development, including pricing, product performance, and margin reviews;
   Engage with senior stakeholders and cross-regional teams on large-scale projects, gaining exposure to legal frameworks and industrial operations.

What you will bring

Youre studying or have recently completed a degree in:
   Law, Business, Commerce, or a double degree that includes Engineering
   A keen interest in commercial law, contracts, or corporate governance
   Strong communication and analytical skills
Graduation year: or
Degree level: Bachelors, Postgraduate, or Masters

Location & Support

Your first rotation will be based at our Brisbane Office, QLD.
Future rotations may include other exciting locations across AusPac (to be confirmed).
