Operators -Excavator and Dozer

Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking experienced Production Excavator and Dozer Operators to join mining operations across WA. These are site-based roles offering stable rosters and the opportunity to work with a well-maintained fleet in a high-performing production environment.
ROLE 1: Production Excavator Operators: 2:1 or 2:2
Equipment: Liebherr or
Location: Pilbara Region
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating 300T class excavators
• Strong background in production mining.
• Capable of digging from working benches, loading dump trucks efficiently
• High attention to safety, especially when working in busy pit environments.

ROLE 2: Dozer/Excavator Operators Production & Support: 8:6

Equipment: Komatsu 375 dozers, PC & PC excavators

Location: Goldfields

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating in a production environment, including: Loading trucks with waste or ore Building and maintaining benches Pulling batters Working around tailings dam wall lifts
• Dozer work on pit floors, haul roads, and ramps as required
• Working safely in tight areas and in close proximity to other heavy equipment
• Preference for candidates with experience in gold mining in tight confines

Requirements:

• Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence
• Relevant Excavator and/or Dozer Operating Tickets
• National Police Clearance (must be obtained within 2 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Current ongoing Australian work rights
