About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team in Kingsgrove. In this role, you will be responsible for managing work allocations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the allocation of works to our Service Delivery Partners (SDPs), including handling variation request protocols through both process and system.
- Monitor and track the progress of works to completion using our Works Management System (WMS).
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure SDPs comply with all safety protocols and handle escalations according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and their progress within the client system.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in facility management or service delivery environments is highly regarded.
