Newhaul is building for growth. With Beebyn/W11 launching mid-year and a major expansion on the horizon, we’re looking for experienced and capable leaders to step into key frontline roles. As an Operations Superintendent, you’ll oversee our haulage operations from site to port, leading driver and supervisor teams and ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks strategically, and leads with confidence and consistency—particularly across a 7-day rotating roster model.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily transport operations across site-to-port routes, ensuring performance and compliance
- Directly manage and support Fleet Supervisors and Cue-based site supervisors and a team of drivers
- Drive consistent people leadership across the 7/7 roster structure alongside your counterpart
- Monitor and manage team performance, address underperformance early, and coach for results
- Uphold safety standards, investigate incidents, and drive accountability at every level
- Collaborate closely with the Workshop teams, Port, Mine sites, and internal stakeholders
- Proven leadership in transport, logistics or mining operations
- Strong understanding of CoR, WAHVA, fatigue, and safety requirements
- Ability to lead across rosters with consistency and presence
- Operational decision-making and planning capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
