The Opportunity
Are you looking to transition your career from the maintenance field to the office? EMS are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a dynamic Operations Coordinator role.
This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across maintenance teams and sites. You will be responsible for scheduling, logistics, communication, new employees, field employees, and supporting compliance processes and ensuring growth in your division.
About the role
- Schedule, plan and oversee our WA, Field Service division
- Monthly site visits to build relationships with clients and employees
- Proactively seek new client opportunities for the business while assisting current client labour requests
- Be the first point of contact for all infield team members
- Conduct interviews, performance management & all other aspects of personnel management
- Ensure compliance with timesheet procedures, leave planning, and system updates
- Ensure accurate quotes and invoicing to clients
- Allocate and coordinate vehicle use
- Ensure up to date and accurate roster management
- Monday to Friday, 6AM – 4PM
About you
- Trade Background Highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- 2 years’ experience in the position of Operations coordinator or similar
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure & to work to tight deadlines
- A valid WA manual drivers license
- Enthusiastic and upbeat positive attitude
