Office All-Rounder

HAYS are working with a leading iron ore mining company who are looking for their next Office All-Rounder to join their team in West Perth, paying up to $90k super.

Your new role

As the Office All-Rounder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient office operations and supporting the team where needed. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited too;

• Performing general office administration tasks.
• Supporting Senior Bookkeeper with simple accounting functions such as accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Handling mine site administration, including flight bookings and logistics.
• Being on call during weekends to manage urgent tasks, such as flight changes.
• Ensuring high attention to detail in all tasks.
• Overseeing contracts administration and reviewing claims made by our contractors.

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent organisational skills will lead you to your success, as will;

• Ability to plan your work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
• Proficient in travel booking software and accounting software.
• Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and well within teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
