About the Role:

Step into a role where no two days are the same! You’ll handle everything from managing incoming enquiries and scheduling trades to invoicing and general administrative support. If you have a knack for implementing systems and streamlining processes, this role is calling your name.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and support the Director.
  • Handle customer and general enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule trades, book jobs, process quotes, and invoices.
  • Coordinate job cost tracking and materials ordering.
  • Design and implement systems to improve workflow and efficiency (using tools like Asana and System Hub).
  • Provide training and foster a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Office Admin Experience: Preferably in construction or trade industries.

Organisation Guru: Neat, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Attention to Detail: Nothing gets past you!

Team Player: Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team.
