What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and support the Director.
- Handle customer and general enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule trades, book jobs, process quotes, and invoices.
- Coordinate job cost tracking and materials ordering.
- Design and implement systems to improve workflow and efficiency (using tools like Asana and System Hub).
- Provide training and foster a positive team culture.

✅ Office Admin Experience: Preferably in construction or trade industries.
✅ Organisation Guru: Neat, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✅ Team Player: Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team.
