About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will join the team as a permanent employee, where you will carry out the quality production of windows and doors. 

Hours of operation

Permanent full time part time & casual  contract

Day Monday to Thursday 6am to 230pm Friday 6am-12pm

Monday to Thursday 10pm to 4am Friday 10pm to 2am

Key Responsibilities

Carry out the general manufacturing, metal/glass fabrication and machine operation

  • Use basic hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments
  • Carry out quality checking of products ensuring that company standards are met
  • Picking, stacking and packing up windows and doors ready for transport noting heavy lifting will be required
  • All work environments are up to safety standards
  • Delivery of goods

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience with machinery, tooling, manufacturing and manual handling processes
  • An eye for detail and strong measurement and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work in a team to assist with daily production requirements
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Safe Work practices
  • A flexible individual who can embrace work changes and who can multitask whilst maintaining great attention to detail
