We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role within a BPO setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
