We are seeking a National Operations Support Manager to enhance operational efficiency by optimising processes, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring our Parts and Service Division (PSD) operates at the highest standards.

The Role

This position plays a key role in streamlining and improving our aftermarket operations. Youll lead process standardisation, governance, and system enhancements while managing a dynamic team. Your focus will be on efficiency, innovation, and digitalisation to support business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development & Implementation Review, refine, and establish best-practice processes for PSD operations.
• Business Efficiencies & Lean Initiatives Identify and drive improvements to maximise productivity.
• System & Process Oversight Standardise SharePoint usage across national teams. Manage and enhance Epiroc Management System (IMS) for process control. Oversee WIP & Service Variance Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Design and implement new document templates to streamline operations. Lead warranty oversight and governance improvements.
• Leadership & Team Development Coach, mentor, and empower a diverse team.
• Digital Transformation & Automation Drive initiatives to modernise and optimise business systems.

What Were Looking For

• Essential: Strong experience in business process development & change management.
• Advantageous: Background in Lean methodologies and familiarity with SAP.
• Preferred: Passion for automation & digital transformation in business operations.
• Required: Proven ability to lead a diverse team and adapt to new challenges.
