What Were Looking For

• At least 12 months mining experience, confidently operating Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus experience with at least one of the following: Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid drivers licence.
• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
• A strong, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
• A steadfast commitment to safety at all times.
• A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
