About the role

As an MRI Radiographer, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services in accordance with PRCs procedures and standards. Reporting to the MRI Manager, you will focus on providing exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, and maintaining confidentiality. You may be rostered to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays, with your schedule provided in advance. While you may be required to work across multiple PRC locations within the Perth metropolitan area, we take your residential location into consideration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing diagnostic MRI imaging procedures following PRC protocols.
  • Interpreting referrals and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Upholding patient safety and complying with workplace health and safety legislation.

Our ideal candidate brings:

  • Bachelor of Science (Medical Imaging) or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional licensing and registration, with a commitment to maintaining CPD.
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative.
  • A commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly developed CT skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Perth metropolitan area as required.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Full Australian working rights and the ability to provide a National Police Check (within six months).
