Purpose of the Position 

GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a full time motor mechanic’s to undertake the servicing and maintenance of light vehicles, small motor machinery and height access equipment in our Geraldton workshop and mine sites. 

Geographical Coverage

Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton

Licence Requirements

• Trade Certificate – mechanical/fitter with EWP experience (preferred) or Light Vehicle Mechanic
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
• High Risk Licence – EWP (essential), Crane, Forklift
• Drivers Licence (C Class essential, truck licence preferred)

In order to be successful for the role applicants will require: 

• Motivation for experienced car mechanics to upskill 
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Hire industry experience highly regarded
• Excellent diagnostic skills and work ethic with the ability to meet goals/deadlines
• High level of customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong safety mindset
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
