About the Role
A great career opportunity exists for a dynamic and skilled allrounder who has experience with mobilisation to join our productive team.
We are continuing to grow with newly created divisions for the WAFMS team. This position will assist with the growth of onboarding and mobilising new employees.
You will be a full time employee with a monthly RDO, based at our Henderson workshop.
This position will include duties such as:
- Taking ownership of the mobilisation process to meet required deadlines
- Identifying and booking required training for candidates and employees
- Booking and confirming site inductions
- Responsible for updating employee records with all training records
- Updating and monitoring client systems
- Booking flights and accommodation
About You
- Be passionate about candidate & employee care
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a confident and professional phone manner
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role of mobilisation of employees to client sites
- Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
- Enthusiastic and want to be part of a fun, energetic and growing team
