Were seeking a driven Mining Technology & Automation Specialist to lead validation and support of autonomous mining systems across a suite of products used on siteincluding fleet control, dispatch, safety, and precision tools.
What Youll Be Doing
As a key member of the product validation team, you will:

• Lead the validation of autonomous fleet and safety systems on site
• Test and troubleshoot new technology releases across real-world environments
• Work closely with engineering, mining operations, and tech development teams
• Provide expert feedback to continuously improve systems and product reliability
• Assist in creating training content and end-user documentation
• Use tools like Jira & Confluence to log issues and track progress
• Be a go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) across cross-functional teams

What Youll Need to Succeed

• 3 years site-based mining experience, ideally with autonomous or FMS systems
• Hands-on exposure to technology in large-scale open-pit environments
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and optimisation
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence, mentor and collaborate across departments
• Proven experience in software or systems validation / testing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Understanding of safety legislation, risk assessment, and mining operations
