Fetch Mining are seeking an experienced Open Pit Mine Site Surveyor for an ASAP start on a 2/1, 8/6 OR 12/9 Roster, day shift only role on a small iron ore site commencing ASAP.

This is a great opportunity to work for an mine owner operator mining company with secure long term work and great pay rates on offer for the right person. 

We are just looking for operators with a great attitude and can come to work with a smile on their face – need to be a team player and have a positive attitude on site.

Whats On Offer:

• 2/1, 8/6 OR 12/9 Roster available
• DAY SHIFT ONLY
• Work for an owner operator mining company
• $85 – $90 Per Hour Super – Weekly Pay
• Small Iron Ore site in the Northern Goldfields
• Long Term secure work
• ASAP Starts – be on site as early as next week

Duties/ Experience Required:

• Flying / Operating drones – DJI RTK Drones
• Processing using ajisoft program
• Surpac cad program
• And Trimble business centre cad program
• Using Trimble Survey equipment
• Surveying mining area mark outs and pick ups
• Surveying construction of the access road construction
• Processing data
• End of month data

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Australia
• Tertiary qualification in Surveying (Bachelors or Advanced Diploma)
• Previous experience on a mine site in a similar role
• Must be reliable and be a team player with the ability to work by themselves or well with others
• Australian Citizen / Full Working rights – sponsorship not available
• FIFO ex Perth only – flights wont be paid or considered for outside of Perth

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to complete online inductions
• Will need 2 recent contactable references
• Must be able to commence ASAP
• Must be an Australian Citizen with full working rights
