Mining Production Supervisor

Golding are currently recruiting for a Mining Production Supervisor to join our team and drive safety and production.  If you have experience, and a passion for leadership, operational efficiency and fostering a strong safety culture, this is your opportunity to join our Team.

 Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Golding Safety and Health Management Systems.
• Supervise and mentor a 50~ person crew, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks, reinforcing key priorities in pre-start meetings.
• Provide technical guidance on truck and excavator operations to enhance team capabilities.
• Oversee task execution to ensure alignment with operational goals.

 Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Pre-Strip Production Supervisor role in a Open Cut mining environment
• Working knowledge of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and associated regulations and how they pertain to individual and supervisor obligations
• Operating skills on a wide range of Mining equipment
• Current Mining Supervisor G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) and G2
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
• Current open drivers licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
