Were expanding our Bunbury Workshop team and are seeking motivated tradespeople who take pride in their craft, value safety, and are passionate about precision engineering.
What Youll Do
- Overhaul and assemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves, and screens with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Operate and maintain workshop machinery and tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment organisation
- Supervise, mentor, and assist apprentices and trades assistants
- Provide feedback to improve processes, tooling, and safety practices
What Youll Bring
- Australian-recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Work at Heights and Confined Space certification
- Dogging/Rigging and Forklift tickets (advantageous but not essential)
- Physically fit for manual work and able to pass drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Must be based in the South West region
