Mechanical Fitter (Hydrocarbon/Fuel Systems) – Karratha
FIFO or Residential – Flexible Options Available
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client’s team in Karratha on a permanent basis. This role involves working on high-quality fuel storage and management equipment, including self-bunded fuel tanks, fuel trailers, and advanced fuel systems used across mining, construction, and transport industries.
Key Requirements:
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Hydrocarbon or fuel fitting experience is essential
- NMI verification certificate is a plus, but not essential
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems and hydrocarbon equipment
- Safety-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible to work FIFO or residential arrangements
What We Offer:
FIFO – 2:1 Roster (10-hour days)
- Flights to/from Perth or nearby accessible locations
- Single-person accommodation
- LAFHA of $60 per day when in Karratha town/branch
- Company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and uniform for work purposes
- Competitive salary: (depending on experience)
Residential – Mon-Fri (10-hour days)
- House/housing allowance capped at $1,000 per week utilities up to $10k per year
- Working away/site allowance of $80 per day for overnight stays away from the branch
