Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors for multiple Civil Earthworks Project.
To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Supervisor you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Tickets; White Card, Section 26 (essential)
- Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
- Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
- Strong financial understanding and acumen
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit down time
- Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenance activities
- Implementing best maintenance practice and procedures
- Developing and providing reports to Project Management
- Maintaining a high level of safety standards
