The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our client, Techforce Personnel are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading contracting company on a well-established gold project. This is a great opportunity to lead a high-performance maintenance crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Manage mobile maintenance works.
- Up to date record keeping
- Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor, train and coach team members while evaluating team skills and performance and develop team capabilities.
- Meet deadlines and budgets.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Trade Qualification (HD Fitters preferred) (Mechanical or similar)
- 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within mobile maintenance
- Experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, particularly Komatsu
- Current C or HR class licence
- High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Pronto)
- Schedule 26 holder or willingness to obtain
- Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug and Alcohol screen
