We are seeking a maintenance supervisor to work with our team at Mt Weld on an 8/6 roster. This role will fly in and out from Perth to Laverton. We are an inclusive team at Mt Weld and aim to provide training and guidance for our team members. Our maintenance supervisor’s duties consist of task assignments to their team, ensuring contractors and their team are working towards their scope goals, assisting with investigations and outcomes and continuous improvement within the department. They also assist with facilitating mechanical maintenance requirements by liaising with our other departments.
Skills and experience required for this role:
- High Regard for the Safety of themselves and their team
- Effective organisational and leadership skills
- Valid WA Manual Driver’s License
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Pronto Software
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Stability – Mt Weld Mine has a 20 year mine life
