About the Opportunity  

Our Wodgina Mining operations are currently wanting to hear from Experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join their team. Working an even time roster 8:6 days & 7:7 nights. You will be accountable for the daily and safe operation of the maintenance workshop, the administration of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), maintenance records, shift reporting, roster and resource management.

• Lead a positive and engaged safety culture; ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and safety requirements in all maintenance activities.
• Develop and administer maintenance plans using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for improved efficiency
• Plan and coordinate weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities, addressing technical and logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations
• Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring work is delivered according to project schedules and within budget
• Monitor and evaluate the skills and performance of workers, providing necessary training, mentoring, and coaching

What is required 

• Relevant trade qualification & previous experience working as a Supervisor in Mobile Maintenance Environment
• Demonstrated experience in large HME workshops. Experience with Diggers, Dozers and drill rigs preferred but not essential.
• Hold a Section 26 or are willing to obtain
• Significant demonstrated leadership that supports a high-performance culture
• High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and Maintenance specific CRMs
• A strong commitment to continuous improvement and safety culture
