About our opportunities:


We are seeking experienced and driven maintenance professionals to join our growing Civil and Mining teams. Currently we are focusing on recruiting for Maintenance Superintendents (4:3 FIFO roster) and Maintenance Supervisors (8:6 FIFO roster) who are passionate about leading teams, driving equipment reliability, and delivering safe, efficient maintenance outcomes across our Western Australian operations.

What youll be responsible for as:

Maintenance Superintendents

  • On-site leadership, training and mentorship
  • Preventative maintenance planning and execution
  • Equipment optimisation and reliability
  • Safety and compliance oversight
  • Team development and performance management

  Maintenance Supervisors

  • Workshop and field maintenance supervision
  • Daily checks and equipment readiness
  • Team leadership and training
  • Safety culture promotion
  • Maintenance scheduling and reporting

What Youll Bring:  

  • Mechanical trade qualification
  • Qualifications in Asset Management, Maintenance Services or Engineering
  • Proven leadership in workshop, field, or multi-site maintenance operations
  • Strong understanding of equipment safety, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Experience in planning, prioritising, and managing concurrent tasks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and database systems
  • C Class Drivers Licence essential (HR preferred)
