Maintenance Stock Control Administrator

APG Workforce are currently seeking a Maintenance Stock Control Administrator based in Beresfield for a well-known poultry company. 

• Location: Beresfield
• Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Pay Rate: $37 – $39 per hr super
• Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize productivity in assigned tasks.
• Maintain the MEX system, including stock takes and inventory management.
• Monitor and maintain store stock levels.
• Add new parts to the MEX catalogue system.
• Enter work orders, generate reports, and raise/receive POs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous administrative experience with data entry and report preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MEX software.
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel, contractors, vendors, and management.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, legally entitled to work in Australia.
• Your own car & license
