Our client, a leading gold producer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist for an overseas expatriate role at one of their international mining operations. FIFO for short-term contract;
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and support to maintenance staff, helping them to grow and advance in their roles
- Develop comprehensive training programs focusing on maintenance best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills relevant to our equipment and systems.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance management to identify training needs and create a tailored curriculum to address skill gaps.
Position Duties:
- Proven experience in maintenance and strong understanding of maintenance Planning;
- Prior experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Experience
Previous Maintenance Specialist experience, in a gold processing environment.
