Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plastering and painting
• Door and window maintenance including locks
• Maintenance inspections
• Furniture delivery and set up
• Key cutting
• Gardening
• Gutter cleaning
• Light bulb replacement
• Tap washer replacement
• Rubbish removal

What do you need?

• Current QLD Drivers Licence with manual experience
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or be willing to obtain
• Working with Children Check (Blue card) or be willing to obtain
• NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed. If you need to obtain: login to https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Relevant Skills:

• Proven experience in property maintenance (primarily residential)
• Keen observational skills with problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Flexibility to adapt and prioritise to urgent requirements
• Previous experience in aspects of gardening and general maintenance
