APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Fitter to join the Maintenance Team of a nationally recognised market leader within the poultry industry.

The Role
- Shift: Morning Shift 5:00am to 3:00pm
- Roster: 4 x 10-hour shifts (MondayThursday)
- Flexibility: Must be available for weekend work when required
- Pay Rate: $ per hour Super OT
- Environment: On-site role within a food manufacturing facility
Key Responsibilities
- Perform machinery diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Contribute to preventative maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns
- Read and interpret OEM manuals and electrical drawings
- Maintain compliance with GMP and HACCP standards
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance activities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Trade qualification as a Fitter
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a GMP/HACCP environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food manufacturing regulations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence working in high-pressure environments with sound judgement
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
