Maintenance Carpenter

Seeking a Maintenance Professional/ Carpenter to join leading specialist in sustainable engineering and building solutions across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work on wide variety of projects for clients in insurance, building, property, infrastructure and government through service contracts. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across various trades to ensure that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively, and will be expected to support our commitment to sustainability, quality, and client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and repair work. This includes: 

• Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance across various trades.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Efficiently managing resources, including materials and tools.
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams for maintenance needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Upholding safety and quality standards in all maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Experience with sustainable building practices is an advantage.
• Proficiency in various trades, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
