Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Plant Mechanic will be part of a team to complete rebuilds and component change outs on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment. The variety of equipment includes D10 and D11 Dozers, 992 Wheel Loaders, 24M Graders and a wide range of models of Off Highway Trucks (777F 793F). This work will be completed in a collaborative, team environment with a strong focus on safety.

Roster:
7Days, 7Off, 7Nights, 7Off, 12.5hrs Inclusive of a 30min Break OR 5Days, 2Off (2 weeks of days, 1 week of nights) 10.5hrs Inclusive of a 30min lunch break
To be successful the following is required:
Ability to work night shifts, additional hours and weekends/extra days as required to support the team
Heavy Vehicle or Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
Caterpillar product knowledge, ideally component change out experience
Experience with Caterpillar Systems (ET, SIS, VIMS) desirable
Dedication to a safe working environment and quality work for our customers
Ability to work within a team & autonomously
