About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our client, a manufacturer and supplier or roll formed steel building products, based in Queanbeyan. This is a casual, 38-hour per week position offering pay at $ per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines in accordance with production needs.
- Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to work full-time hours and start ASAP.
