We’re on the lookout for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This is your opportunity to step into a key logistics role at a company where your expertise will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring shipments are safe, compliant, and on time. You’ll manage everything from freight coordination and packing documentation to Dangerous Goods compliance and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export and import logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations (Class 1 preferred but not required)
- Liaise with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain and update documentation and regulatory records
- Manage transport bookings, inventory, and freight tracking
- Receipt and reconcile invoices, consignment notes, and purchase orders
- Assist with resolving logistics, transport, and planning issues
- Conduct investigations into customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
- Class 1 Dangerous Goods experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
