We’re on the lookout for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This is your opportunity to step into a key logistics role at a company where your expertise will make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring shipments are safe, compliant, and on time. You’ll manage everything from freight coordination and packing documentation to Dangerous Goods compliance and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export and import logistics activities
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations (Class 1 preferred but not required)
• Liaise with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain and update documentation and regulatory records
• Manage transport bookings, inventory, and freight tracking
• Receipt and reconcile invoices, consignment notes, and purchase orders
• Assist with resolving logistics, transport, and planning issues
• Conduct investigations into customer complaints and provide timely resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Class 1 Dangerous Goods experience is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
