Level 2 Support Engineer

* Up to $85k plus super

* Castle Hill location

* Hybrid/ wfh

  

TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.

  

This role is a mix between office and onsite, and after probation there is a wfh option.

About the role:

  • You will be working across the Level 2 escalations that includes; Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks. Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more. Remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.

What you need:

  • 3 years Experience in a MSP environment – MUST
  • Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
  • Windows Server – install, config, maintain etc
  • Networking experience; configuring/ troubleshooting firewalls, switches & routers
  • Current Australian drivers license
