- Design and deliver training programs, creating learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of the business.
- Drive employee growth by implementing strategies for professional development, career progression and continuous learning.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and build initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.
- Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives by using data driven insights to assess program effectiveness and continuously refine the learning journey.
About you:
- Tertiary education in HR, Education, Psychology or related field or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in a learning & development role in a busy manufacturing / construction related industry / environment
- Proven experience in instructional design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs
- Strong skillset in content creation and delivery including using digital training tools
- Creative ability and knowledge of various instructional techniques and formats
- Analytical and assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- High level of personal and professional standards
