About the role: 

We’re seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing technical and administrative support for our learning management systems (ELMO) and assisting the Learning and Development team.

You will:

  • Oversee the installation of all system updates, upgrades and integrations with other systems including HRIS Workday.
  • Provide reporting on course enrolments and completions monthly and as needed.
  • Support the L&OD team in the development of content for the LMS and learning resources in general.
  • Support managers and employees with LMS troubleshooting administration.
  • Manage relationships with a range of external training providers who develop e-learning content and other training experiences for our employees.
  • Assist with management of the learning inbox for staff and manager learning enquiries.
  • Maintain the intranet page of L&OD including adding content and keeping materials up to date.

Who are you:

  • High computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and technical data skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in using help centres for troubleshooting and multimedia design programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
