MACA is now seeking a Leading Hand to join our maintenance team on a 2/1 roster at the Karlawinda Gold Project located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 65km south-east of Newman.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Heavy Diesel/Mobile Plant Trade
- HR Class manual driver’s license is desirable
- Strong mechanical skills, including fault finding and diagnosing.
- Possess a positive leadership style, with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to pivot around priorities while providing guidance, assistance, and supervision to the maintenance team.
- Manage performance, planning servicing, repair and preventative maintenance on all heavy mobile mining equipment.
- Must present with a “Can Do” attitude to work health and safety.
