Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-skilled trades personnel in a safe, productive, and cost effective manner
• Oversee day to day workshop operations and workflow
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance
• Mentor apprentices and set a strong example for workshop standards and behaviour
• Carry out rebuilds, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of heavy mining equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair large earthmoving machinery and associated equipment
• Problem solve effectively while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Valid working rights (VEVO check, Birth Certificate, or Passport)
• Two satisfactory reference checks
• Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C Class – no provisional or extraordinary licences accepted)
• Trade Certificate relevant to the role
• Must provide a clear colour copy (front and back) of Driver’s Licence
