This role is a key support function within the catering team and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a team that delivers meaningful outcomes every day.

The Position:
Casual Kitchen Hand role with flexible shifts
Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables, salads, and mise en place
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and servery areas
Support food safety practices, including cleaning, waste management, and stock rotation

The Person:
Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
