The Position

We are currently seeking applications from motivated individuals to fill the position of Junior Group Travel Administrator in our offices at the Perth Domestic Airport.

Reporting to the Group Travel Manager your duties will include (but are not limited to)

  • Servicing all travel inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all communications, ensuring seamless information sharing for team continuity.
  • Checking and reconciling travel statements, reports, and invoices in preparation for payment processing.
  • Providing timely travel information and solutions for traveller concerns, changes, or disruptions.
  • Effectively managing workload and meeting deadlines through strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Advising employees on and ensuring compliance with the Group Travel, Entertainment, and Expense Policy.
  • Maintaining accurate travel records, employee information, forms, and documentation.
  • Performing other duties as directed by the Group Travel Manager.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a self-motivated, efficient, and punctual work ethic.
  • Ability to follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards when making travel arrangements.
  • Good time management and professionalism, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing work demands and tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Willingness to undertake repetitive administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
