Junior Contract Administrator (1 yr exp) | Eastern Suburbs | Mix of office & site | Diverse projects | Support from Senior CA | Great growth role

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Contract Administrator with around 1 year of experience who’s keen to grow their career in construction.

You’ll be joining a busy builder delivering projects across Education, Commercial, Sport & Recreation, Community, Aged Care and Health sectors – so there’s plenty of variety and exposure.

This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, communicates well, and enjoys building strong working relationships. You’ll be supported day-to-day by a Senior CA, making it a great opportunity to learn while getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with subcontract preparation and letting packages
• Helping manage variations and progress claims
• Supporting procurement and cost tracking
• Working closely with site teams and project managers
• Keeping contract documentation organised and up to date

The role is split between office and site, giving you a solid mix of commercial and practical project exposure.

What we’re looking for:

• Around 1 year of experience in a CA or similar construction role in Australia
• Strong communication skills – comfortable dealing with subcontractors and site teams
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Keen to learn and develop under senior guidance
• Happy working both in the office and on site
