The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced Jumbo Operators to join our team in South Island, New Zealand. This is your chance to be part of an exciting, dynamic team with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Position Details:

• Roster: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (2&2)
• Location: South Island, New Zealand
• Travel Options: FIFO (from NZ or AUS), DIDO, or Residential
• Compensation: Competitive New Zealand pay rates with plenty of overtime

About You:

• Previous onsite experience in a similar role within with willingness to grow
• Experience operating Jumbo Sandvik DD421
• Proven ability to: Bore 3 x 4m rounds or bolt and mesh 2.5m headings during a shift Utilise drills in the fleet to achieve required productivity and daily plan goals (including boring, bolting, meshing development headings, stripping, rehabilitation, cuddies, and sumps)
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• A proactive commitment to maintaining a zero-harm safety culture
• A flexible and “can-do” attitude to adapt to the roles demands
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
