  • Month-End & Reporting: Assist with reconciliations and provide key logistics billing performance reports.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer invoicing issues related to logistics services.
  • Logistics Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Generate accurate invoices, manage collections, and resolve billing disputes with logistics partners.
  • Freight Billing Analysis & Documentation: Analyse billing data, ensure accuracy, and manage essential logistics documentation.
