APG Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory/Production Clerk to join our clients team based at the Hanwood Feedmill office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry of grain and raw material receivals.
  • Conduct weighbridge operations and grain receival testing.
  • Manage feed order processing and maintain training/licensing records.
  • Liaise with drivers, contractors, and visitors to ensure compliance with site quarantine and safety policies.
  • Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR guidelines are followed.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels and inventory records.
  • Support production reporting and quality assurance documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or feedmill environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Permanent Australian residency or citizenship.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, WHS, and environmental standards is an advantage.
