Internal Sales Specialist

Salary: $-$ per hour or $65k PA plus super

Type: Temp to Permanent Role

Schedule: Monday to Friday with Weekends off

Day To Day Activities:

• Serve customers at the counter and over the phone – processing customer orders, responding to requests for information and pricing.
• Follow-up all sales and technical enquiries to maximise sales success – liaise with Key Account Manager and Manager Darwin for approval when discounts and/or irregular quantities are requested.
• Apply reasonable judgement when making decisions and liaise with senior colleagues when required.
• Maintain showroom displays to ensure maximum visual impact as well as having adequate stock.
• Ensure high levels of housekeeping throughout the counter area and the showroom.
• Effective communication with team members in relation to workplace activity and rostering
• Always maintain work attire to a professional standard – making a strong first impression and appearing professional at all times when representing SPW
• Attend training and information sessions including trade shows to enhance knowledge and experience
