Job Description
This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about building data systems from the ground up. You’ll lead the development of PLACE’s data infrastructure using the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, SharePoint, Forms), design evidence collection systems, and generate insights that inform strategy, improve programs, and demonstrate impact.
You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure data is meaningful, accessible, and actionable-supporting PLACE’s mission to empower communities and drive systemic change.Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage data systems and dashboards (Power BI, SharePoint, Forms)
Design and implement data collection and feedback mechanisms
Translate data into insights for internal teams, funders, and stakeholders
Collaborate on evaluations, strategic planning, and reporting
Support a culture of learning and evidence-based practice
