At M2P Engineering, we deliver lasting, high-quality finishes that protect and enhance industrial assets. As our valued Industrial Painter, your expertise in surface preparation and coating application will be key to our continued success, helping us meet rigorous standards in the mining, industrial, and marine sectors.
Based at our Orange, NSW facility, youll apply your knowledge of industrial coatings and surface treatments to ensure each project is completed with top-tier protection and durability. Youll have access to modern equipment and a supportive team to help you succeed in every project.
Youll make an impact by:
Preparing surfaces meticulously, including cleaning, sanding, and priming for flawless finishes.
Applying coatings to diverse materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
Conducting quality checks for consistent, high-standard finishes and safety compliance.
Maintaining an organized, safe work area in line with M2Ps values of excellence and safety.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in industrial painting, ideally within heavy industry.
Familiarity with surface preparation techniques and industrial paint types.
Knowledge of safety protocols, especially for handling hazardous materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience with different coating methods, such as brush, roll, and spray.
Flexibility to adapt to different materials and project requirements.
Solid organizational skills to maintain work efficiency.
