The Role:

Fetch Recruitment has partnered with several leading electrical subcontractors servicing industrial and civil projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Following the recent partnership with four specialist electrical contractors and a strong project pipeline, we are now seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians with proven industrial project backgrounds for immediate starts.

• Consistent 50-hour weeks (40hr ordinary 10 hrs penalty rate)
• Competitive rates: $50–$55 per hour $ daily travel

Current Roles We are recruiting for

• Chemical Plants ( Northern Suburbs ) – PLC Input/Out Put & Saftery Barrier work.
• Switchboard & Panel Building – Northern Suburbs
• Industrial Site Based Installs ( Distribution Boards, Generators, Motors, VSD’s ) – All throughout melbourne.
• Building Material Production – (Full time role ) Northern Suburbs – Switchboard Upgrades, Machinery Installs & Shift Cover.

Typical Duties:

• Install, terminate and test power, lighting, and control systems in industrial and civil environments.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and cable schedules.
• Conduct switchboard, panel, and control wiring assembly and installation.
• Perform cable tray, conduit, and cable installation to site standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Strong industrial project experience
• White Card
• Own hand tools & reliable transport
• EWP ticket (preferred but not essential)
