About the role

The Induction Centre Officer role is located at our state-of-the-art Induction Centre in Osborne Park. In this position, youll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for every new team member joining Mineral Resources. Youll be responsible for ensuring each Induction Candidate receives a warm welcome, a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, and leaves the Centre fully prepared and confident for their arrival on site.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Ensure the face-to-face and remote induction experience for each candidate is outstanding
• Administration tasks including development of inductee training plans, booking system management and monitoring shared inbox in Outlook to ensure timely responses
• Engage and support inductees throughout the day with online learning modules to ensure they are compliant to mobilise to site
• Ensure that inductees are fitted and issued with correct PPE and recorded correctly
• Maintain accurate inventory control and prompt replenishment of PPE

What youll bring to the team

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional customer service
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
