HVAC / Service Technician – Commercial & Industrial

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC/Service Technician to carry out commercial and industrial servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance across major sites throughout Melbourne. This role focuses on high-quality service delivery across long-term contracts – no domestic work.

Responsibilities include:
- Fault finding, servicing and repairs of HVAC systems
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Completing service reports and compliance documentation
- Liaising with site contacts and internal teams
Requirements
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling / ARCtick Licence
- Current Electrical D Licence
- Proven experience in commercial & industrial servicing
- Strong fault-finding capability
- Ability to work autonomously
- Professional communication skills
- Current driver’s licence
